Navigating through a high school is a daunting task for most students and their families. The freshmen have to make middle school to high school transition. The sophomores have to balance their increased workload with APs and extracurriculars. The juniors have to ace standardized tests while managing academics and other commitments. The seniors have to apply to colleges and prepare for the next transition. Challenging as it is, it doesn't have to be a lonely pursuit in which students and their families are learning from the mistakes and paying the corresponding price. The stakes are way too high to learn from the mistakes. They have to learn from the peer experts, from their experiences, insights, and tips, and that's where Light The Way Project comes in. We do whatever it takes to enable students' to get most out of their high school experience through guidance from qualified peers as well as experts. The following are some of the opportunities enabled by us:- Webinars targeting concerns students might have regarding their transition to their next level of education-Panel discussions where senior students answer the questions of younger students interested in following in their footsteps-Summits in which luminaries in various fields share their experiences and paths to their successes
