We offer individual counselling and psychotherapy in English or in French for adults, youth, and adolescents. At the core of our work is an emphasis on building a warm, non-judgemental, and empathetic space, in which clients feel safe and comfortable discussing difficult topics. We are passionate about supporting clients to honour and utilise their personal strengths, resilience, and inner resources to overcome challenges, regulate emotions, feel empowered, re-connect, and develop self-awareness.Therapy is not always about change. It is about recognising what is already there, and developing new skills. We believe in growth and resiliency and in finding meaning and creativity in adversity and imperfections.
