Our plant-based super snack is vegan, gluten free, corn free, soy free and paleo friendly. 'From Pond to Table'. These seeds have been used in ancient Indian and Chinese medicine for thousands of years as they are believed to have a number of health benefits. Our Lily Puffs® are high in B vitamins, magnesium and contain 12 essential amino acids.Our mission is to develop innovative agricultural food products that promote sustainability and increased nutrition. 5% of our net profits go towards clean water projects in India.Agriculture as a whole occupies roughly 40% of the Earth's land and consumes 80% of our fresh water. As 90% of the global diet is made from less than 20 plants, and 2/3 of this is from corn, wheat, soy and rice, we need to look to the 300K plants known to man in order to feed a growing population without destroying the planet. We must also boost biodiversity to reduce unexpected shocks to our monoculture food system from climate volatility.
