Limestone Bluffs Resource Conservation and Development Area, Inc. (RC&D) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation registered in the state of Iowa. The RC&D will serve as the sponsor for the project. The Limestone Bluffs RC&D has administered grants from variety of federal, state and private funding sources and conducts audits of organization funds. The RC&D board is comprised of members of the Board of Supervisors and the Soil and Water Conservation District for each of the six Iowa counties that Limestone Bluffs covers including Clinton, Cedar, Jackson, Jones, Dubuque, and Delaware. Limestone Bluffs Area Plan addresses the required elements of: • Land Conservation • Water Management • Community Development • Land Management MISSION: Serve as a catalyst by uniquely assisting people, communities, and businesses to enhance the value of existing and future resources. Vision: We envision vibrant rural communities with economies that are based on the sustainable use of the region's natural resources
