Limited liability company to undertake any commission utilising the services of Independent Engineer Brian Hyland. Lincewood Consultants was established in 1981 and for 8 years undertook the investigation, design and construction supervision of the order of 500 structural building foundation remediation schemes and other general structural projects. Company left in suspense in April 1990 with Brian Hyland employed with Scott Wilson (1989 to 1996); Bechtel (1996 to 2002), Scott Wilson Railways (2002-2008) then reactivated and registered as Limited Liability Company. Commissions undertaken for technical advice on underground railway systems in Sydney (2009); Brisbane (2009); Hong Kong (2009 & 2010); Panama City (2010).
