Linkitz makes wearable toys that teach kids to code. Our first product is a toy that is designed to appeal to young girls. It is jewelry that they can assemble, with different parts that light up, make sounds, respond to movement, and send messages. Girls can customize their Linkitz with our picture-based language that teaches them basic programming skills while they are having fun. Linkitz was founded in 2012 by MIT PhD Lyssa Neel. Linkitz is a graduate of Haxlr8r, the premier hardware accelerator. Its offices are in Toronto and San Francisco.
