Moreover, the company owns property in Portugal and Russia.Linstow is a wholly owned subsidiary of Awilhelmsen AS wich purchased and delisted the company from Oslo Stock Exchange in 1999. The company as it exists today is the result of a merger in 1998 between Linstow Eiendom AS and Nydalens Compagnie ASA.The company`s head quarter is at Tjuvholmen in Oslo, Norway.
