Lions Clubs International (LCI) is the biggest service club and one of the biggest NGOs in the world, with a network of 1.4 million members across 46,000 clubs in 210 countries. Lions Clubs Belgium helps a broad range of charitable causes. Our work ranges for organising events for the environment to setting up campaigns to help the blind or raising money for the Special Olympics. Every last penny of the donations received by Lions Clubs Belgium goes to charitable causes, and our operational costs are covered by our own budget. Since the foundation of the Belgian branch in 1952, over 150 million euro has been donated to social and cultural projects.Young people between 18 and 30 can join our daughter organisation, Leo Clubs Belgium, which brings together around 400 Leos in around 30 clubs.
