LISA (acronym of: Logical Ideas for Smart Architectures) is a joint venture between 5 experienced design firms, aimed at developing successful buildings initiatives. We are 50+ building professionals based in Prato, Tuscany.We do assess, plan and execute construction projects all over the world.We have a strongly innovative approach and a deep focus on sustainability issues. Our assets include: high rate of success in design competitions; strong links with constructors/manufactures; constant involvement with R&D centres; frequent presence in international events; ISO quality system certifications. The services that we offer cover all the aspects of both project management (feasibility analysis, architectural and engineering design, urban planning, energy design…) and construction management (site survey, safety, facility management…). Our experiences, spread over the last 30 years, do focus on most recent trends in architecture and construction, worldwide, including significant assignements in all the fields, from healthcare to education, theatres, worship, residential, commercial, industrial, tourism, infrastructures… always with a distinctive touch of Tuscan Style. We adsorbed the spirit of our land from the teaching of the grand masters that made our region so innovative and forward-looking, within a logical and pragmatic approach oriented to problem-solving.
