Listen Communications is producing a new annual global campaign using the power of 160 stars, creative artists and media to campaign for the needs and rights of the world's 1 billion vulnerable and disadvantaged children.Samuel L. Each year the campaign will involve: 80 internationally recognised stars and artists from film, music, arts; 20 from each of Africa, India, Latin America, MENA; 60 broadcasters, social media partners and projects from approx. 75 children's charities (from BRAC in Bangladesh, No Kid Hungry in the US to CRY in India, GAVI in Haiti). In its first decade the campaign aims to deliver:• Communications worth $4.34bn: Letting the world listen to problems disadvantaged and vulnerable children face, told by children and seeding the world with evidence-based solutions. News, Doc Series, Global Broadcast Event, promotions, 52 weeks/yr. online/social media with 13 weeks in traditional media reaching 500m people.• A proactive, global community of 35m: listening, creating, donating, sharing, recruiting, advocating and celebrating.• $1bn of new funding for Children's projects: $100m-$200m a year.
