Lite-Golf aims to professionalize the sport of golf in the twilight and in the dark of night. By adding a luminescent pigment to the surlyn of an otherwise normal golf ball we've created a golf ball that lights up in the dark, but at the same time outperforms any known golf ball in the market. On top of that we've created a lighting system that will supercharge the pigment in a matter of seconds, we call it a charger. The system is simple, pop the ball in the charger, wait for the beep, go!the ball is exactly according to PGA specification, but because it provides a visual aid in the event you hit the rough, it does not have an official seal of approval from the PGA, nor will it ever, unless a night-balls category would be created. But you'll never lose them in the rough again during practise or friendly games.The Lite-Golf system allows you to play for longer when the sun starts setting, allowing you to finish a game, even if you started a little late, but it's also perfectly suitable to use for night golf. On a full charge the ball remains well lit for up to 15 minutes.Because of the construction of the ball it looks, works, performs and feels exactly like a regular golf ball and it's perfectly balanced. It doesn't have any replaceable parts and will be visible in a dark environment for up to as long as 2 hours due to the use of a superior pigment that is also used in Norwegian tunnels as emergency lighting. In fact, the pigment is so good, the Dutch government is currently testing it for use in road markings to eliminate the need of street lights near highways and reduce their energy consumption.With all that Lite-Golf provides the superior system for playing golf in badly lit and unlit environments.
