Litig's purpose is the driving of innovation, knowledge sharing and collaboration for the good of our member organisations and the legal industry as a whole. It is a non-profit organisation specifically designed to support senior professionals involved directly in all aspects of the implementation, use and support of Legal IT systems in the UK. It is a very active group with around 75 members with a huge emphasis on collaboration, independence, high quality content and networking. Litig provides a unique forum for members to meet and share ideas on how best to address IT issues facing the UK legal sector. A key feature that sets Litig apart from other bodies is our complete independence from any supplier influence. We were formed in 2003We meet for a full day once a quarter in members' offices to network, consider current issues and collaborate on challenges and opportunities affecting members.Project teams often form to further work on issues of particular importance.
