This is an initiative, to make students involve through the virtual court practice; where one will learn to make how to make a case from an information received from client, and begin with pre-trial stage which will move throughout the Supreme Court, following whole procedure of Pre-Trial, Trial, Appeal to High Court and at last to, Supreme Court.Meanwhile, students will get to learn drafting of all legal documents involved in the whole procedure (stated above). They will involve themselves in Examination, Cross-Examination of witnesses along with pleadings and arguments at each stage of the proceedings.
