Litmus Advisory is a consulting business focussed on supporting not-for-profit organisations that deliver community, health, and welfare services.We work with NFPs to:- Improve executive management and governance practices.- Establish business management systems for: management and governance, strategy, finances, risk management, HR, ITC, and policies / internal controls.Litmus also has a policy-bank service that: delivers tailored policies to NFPs, helps embed those policies in staff and system practices, and that helps NFPs manage their policy (re)development and renewal cycles.Litmus is passionate about: working with NFPs that deliver services to the most disadvantaged in the Australian community, and providing support that enhances NFP decision making and leadership practices resulting in the delivery of quality and effective services.
