We are a small family owned and operated property management company serving the Montrose, Museum District, and Midtown communities. My father, Brett Littell, formed this company over 50 years ago with the same properties we manage today. I was born and raised in Houston and watched my father run his business as Houston grew and evolved into the culturally and economically diverse city it is today. After completing service with the US Military, I joined my father's side and now oversee all operations. I am proud of the company we have grown to be today. Our properties make it possible to share a city that has the best people, the best food, and the best culture, a city in which I love and hold near and dear to my heart.
