My wife and I hired Charles to clean some of the carpet and the vents in our newly purchased home. He did a great job getting the dog-urine soaked carpet to a point where we wouldn't be afraid to lay down on it. He removed a lot of dust and debris from all the A/C vents which, together with my cleaning of the evaporator coils, removed all unwanted odors from our living spaces. We plan on having him clean the carpet our pets lived on before the move soon and we will definitely be recommending him. Aside from being great at his job Charles is very friendly, so don't hesitate to hire him over his larger competitors!
