little Lola & tots offers educational programming and corporate anti-racism workshops for parents. Why?Because racial bias is taught! In order to work towards social change and a world that is just and tolerant of others, we must educate ourselves, children and community.How?little Lola & tots has partnered with Life Coach, Mentor and Speaker, Stepha Lafond, to provide an educational and interactive 3 part - series workshop that will assist in gearing attendees toward the path of eradicating racism and driving social change.What?Through our workshop, participants will embark on a journey through 1) Reflecting on your Relationship with Racism 2) Becoming Anti-Racist and 3) Raising Anti-Racist Children.Participants will also receive lifetime access to our password encrypted Diversity & Inclusion site with an abundance of resources and follow up activities that will allow them to put into practice what they learn in each workshop.
