Little Rock Indian School took its humble birth in 1982. The Founder of the School, Dr. C.T. Abraham, a great visionary wanted to build up a school with excellence as its watchword in all aspects; a school truly unique and different. The legacy of Little Rock is exactly that - a school with a difference.Nestled on a hillock, in the sylvan surroundings of a 30-acre campus in Chanthar, Brahmavar, with excellent infrastructure, creative academic innovations, and a pleasant school climate, Little Rock today has emerged as a reputed centre of learning, quite synonymous with quality education. Highly qualified and committed faculty, interactive teaching methods, a cordial and sensible teacher-student relationship, personal attention to every student, and a healthy academic environment, are the hallmarks of Little Rock. Thirty eight years have gone by since the Little Rock Indian School made its humble beginning in 1982 with 72 children in two sections of KG class. Meticulous planning and sincere efforts made the School what it is today - one of the largest Schools in Karnataka State with over 3400 children, and 155 teachers. The school produces excellent results in Class X and XII exams every year. The school has earned a formidable reputation for its curricular and co-curricular achievements, and more importantly for the student-friendly school climate it has assiduously built up over the years.
