The Company is based in Perth, WA. We specialise in supporting children, families, businesses and schools and adults alike in providing tangible, flexible solutions to fitness. We provide bespoke time-saving training programs, with notable impact, focusing on fun, maximum engagement and enjoyment! Our exercise philosophy is based around building a strong body and a strong mind! At Live2bfit we believe that exercise provides transferrable skills to other areas of life and maximises an individual's productivity! We ensure that our solutions are tailored to our client's needs. We will, whatever the fitness level, ensure that our solutions provide full participation in fun and engaging workouts, events, activities and programs with quick results! We design solutions that provide constant variety and functional movements and that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general. Athletes to Beginners we cater for all! We know and appreciate that maintaining an active lifestyle is challenging for all ages with the pressures of on screen behaviours to busy, hectic work lifestyles maintaining fitness it is a constant challenge! Live2bfit looks to support anyone, or any setting, that wants to make healthy lifestyle choices and who needs an effective solutions for their busy lives! All too often people and/or children often shy away from exercise, resist that first step are scared of the unknown, are simply too busy or lack confidence in social groups leading to avoidance being the easier option.
