LiveAdmins was founded in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. to address the increasing trend of consumers to shop online or to depend upon the internet for research for making offline purchases. LiveAdmins developed its WebGreeter service in 2002 and has since been providing Live Chat online sales & customer service solutions. Initially, we were using third-party live chat software but since that technology was lacking in functionality essential for efficient service delivery, we developed our own technology, which we call WG Live Chat Software.At LiveAdmins, we base our solutions upon understanding and defining the value & culture of visitors that appear on a particular website.
