LiveEx is a multi-platform media company that connects electronic and dance music fans with their favorite performers by producing, aggregating, and distributing live music performance videos from around the globe. LiveEx performs critical business activities to unlock value in the live music ecosystem. This includes producing videos, securing and enforcing music licenses, validating exhibitors, marketing and commercializing programs, and compensating program partners. Our digital marketplace enables the exchange of high definition video content featuring exclusive live music performances from around the globe. Performers, promoters, and venues earn additional revenue by selling video content produced from their live events. Nightclubs, bars, and other venues license and exhibit video performances to their customers. Sponsors and advertisers reach engaged audiences by presenting exclusive branded content. LiveEx "Sets" are long-form video programs that feature full-length live performances by DJs and other musicians. Ranging from one to three hours in length, Sets showcase multi-camera high definition footage of performers and the party to transport viewing audiences to the best nightlife experiences in the world. Since July 2014, LiveEx has produced hundreds of Set hours from over 25 events. Over 50 Sets feature performances by international touring acts. Production deals are in place with several Los Angeles nightclubs and promoters to record weekly events, providing a steady pipeline of fresh content.
