LiveHotSpot was established in April 2012 as a web and mobile app based company that provides users with live updates of nightlife and hospitality venues throughout New York City. From wait times to girl-to-guy ratios, door policies, exclusive drink promotions and table minimums, music genre, celebrity sightings, DJ's, and cover charges, LiveHotSpot gives users a feel for a venue before they even step foot at the door.LiveHotSpot provides our users the content needed to easily screen through information and find a venue that suits their needs. Due to popular demand, our team now provides nightly recommendations for featured events and venues that are worth checking out.We have successfully been able to change the way our users plan their nights out. We have established a sense of trust among our following as our user activity grows significantly each day. As a result of our increasing influence and audience, we have developed an extremely lucrative concierge and event planning part of our business. The more exclusive role we play is when we plan nights out for selected groups and guide them through a night of bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or whatever the special occasion may be. We are well known for our venue takeovers, where we either reserve or are contracted to exclusively fill venues for LiveHotSpot parties in order to promote both our brand and the business' of the dozens of venues and sponsors we work with. We have parlayed this into our marketing and advertising for sponsored venues, where we feature their events on our technology platforms as well as on site. Our technology team is recently implemented a transaction service into the app. This allows our users to enjoy features such as purchasing reservations and packages, "cut the line" and "guaranteed entry" features, as well as a ticketing service that allows users to book entry directly through the mobile app.
