LBH is dedicated to helping individuals, children, and families as they move towards healthy emotional growth.We emphasis treatment using a variety of modalities, but we specialize in trauma based treatment using evidenced based practices such as EMDR. Our diverse providers are highly trained, experienced clinicians who offer intelligent analysis, keen insight, and informed perspective on mental health issues for children, adolescents and adults. We are leaders in providing empirically supported and evidence based psychotherapies. We believe it is important to use treatments that actually been shown to work!Our staff is trained to provide a broad range of therapies such as couples therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy for children, teens and adults.
