Livfit Studio is a Victoria based facility that focuses on providing clients with the best in fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. Our mission is to transform lives; and we do this by providing coaching in the main three pillars of health: fitness, nutirition, and mindset. We are attached to and work alongside the Backfit Clinic, and use a scientific approach to allow our clients to reach their full potential. Our team consists of kinesiologists, athletic therapist, exercise physiologists, yoga trainers, pilates trainers, stretch therapists, holistic nutritionists, and mindset coaches, who work alongside Backfit's Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Physiotherapists, and spinal team. With an integrated approach to our client's wellness, we know that we can help our clients reach their next milestone.
