Living Green Barrie (formerly Environmental Action Barrie) has been making Barrie a cleaner, greener and more progressive city for over 30 years. Our mission is to guide the people of Barrie and surrounding communities towards actions that foster sustainability and climate change resiliency. Our list of 10 Actions for Climate forms the basis of what we do and promote on a monthly basis. We know that taking action on climate change is everyone's responsibility so we offer hopeful, action-based solutions for everyone to become engaged. We ask people to get more educated and impassioned, make small changes in their lifestyle, connect with local leaders, and plant trees -lots and lots of trees!
