Living Lens is a boutique video production business based in Central Queensland. Initially specialising in cinematic wedding films, we have developed a natural and organic style to filming that gives a very real feel to the final films we produce. Although based in a regional area, our wedding films are sort after across the country and in the past three years we have been fortunate enough to travel to Cairns, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth to capture our couples stories. We have now extended our client based by taking our specialised natural style of filming and applying it to promotional videos, television commercials and music clips. We have worked with professional photographers, financial planners, musicians, industry associations and corporate companies to tell their story and create films that connects with their clients on a more personal level. In the past year Living Lens has volunteered to tell the story of a number of local community projects, including creating a documentary on local Central Queensland arts and music annual event the Village Festival. This film highlights the importance of the festival to local artist and the community and will be used to open and promote the 2014 festival. More recently we have been involved in shooting a documentary on the story of sisters Claire & Jayne, who recently swam 23km from Great Keppel Island to Yeppoon Main Beach in order to raise fund and awareness for Alzheimer's Australia.
