Parenting provides one-on-one parenting consulting to families to determine tailor-made strategies that redirect misbehaviours and create loving boundaries. When we have the tools to help our kids solve problems and build skills that may be lagging, we naturally nurture warmer relationships and diminish defiant, explosive behaviour. It's the recipe for raising kids who WANT to be collaborative and respectful. The philosophy is grounded in the works of Alfred Adler, Rudolf Dreikurs, as well as Dr. Ross Greene. It is a merging of Democratic Parenting and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions.
