I have started my own Human Resources Consultancy after 10 years experience with Multi Nationals. I am looking to offer SME businesses the following services: • An employee handbook tailored to the individual business covering all aspects of employment including hours of work, annual leave, disciplinary and grievance procedures etc • A full set of policies covering all current employment legislation e.g. maternity leave, disciplinary, health and safety. • Assistance with all aspects of Recruitment and Selection for any new vacancies • Advice on employment law and any employee issues occurring in the organization • Updating and creating contracts of employment • Advice on employees exiting the business through dismissal or redundancy
