During all the years of business we have been implementing high-standard pharmaceutical care in accordance with the guidelines of Good Pharmaceutical Practice and respecting ethical standards.Basic principles of around 200 employees of Joukhadar Pharmacies are focus on the safe application of medicinal products, medical devices and homeopathic products and food supplements, with adherence of professional standards and respecting ethical standards.By continuous education of our employees and encouraging their creative abilities in conducting everyday tasks, we maintain high standards we set in providing pharmacists services.In all pharmaceutical units we prepare magistral compounding according to patients' individual needs, and we can offer medicinal products which are not registered in the Republic of Croatia by private prescription import.We regularly organize specialised counselling where we wish to ease patients' ailment by providing preventive advice and to encourage them to educate themselves with the aim to prevent certain illnesses.In daily communication with patients and individual approach we encourage them to bring healthy decisions which will improve the quality of their lives.In 2010 we initiated a Loyalty Club in order to approach the users of our services even more and to ensure additional various benefits.Numerous patients have recognised our core values and have given us their trust.
