Responsibilities:• Creating the necessary documentation• 1st and 2nd level IT-support• Ongoing dialogue with vendor• Handover and training of new Maersk employees• Responsible for Quantum v4.6.4 and secure daily support and system operation• Solving of incidents, changes and problems• Monitoring batch jobs, including setting up new jobs• Transition of IT-support of Quantum from India to Denmark• Enhance the relationship with SunGard, the vendor of Quantum
