The L.A.M.A is a mindfulness-based upskilling platform for mental health and high performance through cohort based learning.We are a team of meditators, seekers and builders solving for the problems created by the hyper distracted world we have created as the modern population.In a rapidly changing world, the idea of holding onto dead degrees and rotten information is not the smartest thing to do but is something which even the smartest ones have been forced into in the name of formal education. As whole industries emerge and disrupt at an unprecedented rate core human skills like awareness, empathy, creativity, health etc can be the foundation and guiding lights to navigate the maze of life. We are building a hybrid learning platform where learning these skills becomes as easy as learning technical skills, by introducing contemplative wisdom practices into the modern lifestyle
