Dr. Lloyd has a doctorate in Rehabilitation Counseling and has been providing VE services to the Social Security Administration (SSA) Office of Hearings and Appeals since 1995. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and holds the International Psychometric Evaluation Credential (IPEC), and Diplomatestatus with the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE/D). She has served on the InternationalAssociation of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) Social Security Vocational Experts Board, and theplanning committees for both the national and state IARP conferences. Dr. Lloyd's 10 years' experienceteaching via the problem-based learning pedagogy allows her to provide participants a unique learningopportunity.
