However, many of us go through life not knowing or ever discovering what our purpose is. LLP Coaching was founded out of a great desire and mission to help men and women start doing what they were born to do and stop living unfulfilled, mediocre lives. So they can achieve fulfillment and significance.I help my clients refocus their present lives for greater energy, productivity and success, creating a better life today and a better future tomorrow. My coaching methods include using the principles of Positive Psychology - the scientific study of what happens when things go right in life and sheds light on what enables happiness, engagement, achievement, meaning, resilience, strengths, courage and optimism. I also use various assessments, such as StrengthFinders 2.0, to help my clients discover and gain insight into their strengths. I can help you determine what you are really meant to do in life, what's stopping you from realizing your desires and how to break through those barriers to achieve your dreams.My name is Terry Smith and I am the founder of LLP Coaching, LLC. I am a graduate of the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (CaPP), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved institution. I hold a degree in Business Administration and have over 15 years of Management and Marketing experience working in Fortune 500 companies.
