Able to assist in the end to end project lifestyle using Agile methodologies and present detail documentation to be referenced throughout projects. Industry expert knowledge in particularly industry processes and their exception processes including Change of Supplier- Registrations, objections, rejections, OMR's, Agent appointment, D0300 and SAR exceptions processes, Erroneous Transfer and Missing flows such as D0071, D0311 and D0086 for electricity and U/M03, ONUPD, ONAGE and NOSI for gas.Metering Agents – Asset installation and removal, disconnections and denergisations, missing MTD's, change of Agent, D0312 rejections, D0004's and D0002's for the LTV process.Settlement performance management - missing D0019, D0095 and failed D0010's and regular meetings with the ELEXON OSM with regards to PAB advise and BSC performance.Regulation and compliance – Industry CP and Mods issued by MRA, BSC, DCUSA for electricity, SPAA, UNC and UNC iGT for gas and SEC for Smart metering. Smart Metering – SMETS2 market entry and DDC requirements, SMETS1 comms processes and Smart process mapping in general. Secure metering and SFE interface experience. Also knowledge if the Aprose DCC solutions for the launching of SMETS2 in line with SEC compliance and in aid of DCC integration.
