A place for creative initiative, social interaction and playful experimentation. L M N T produces, creates, represents and exhibits, talent of all origins and perspectives. LMNT Contemporary Arts is a 15,000-square foot space that includes a 2,500-square ft exhibition gallery and an event space. There are 6 AIR Space Studios for artists in residence, all with natural sky-light, secretarial services, wifi connectivity, individual phone lines, 24-hour security with assigned electronic key entry, access to full kiln room, outdoor welding patio, and the possibility to showcase work at the gallery. An adjacent fully equipped, cyclo-rama, 2,000 square foot Photo/Video Studio with green screen is available along with a sound system to amp the creative process. A state of the art, 1,300 square foot Recording Studio to include a 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound, dubbing/recording capacity, equipped with musicians and video/film production in mind, making it Miami's most versatile option for sound engineering. The LMNT Bistro/lounge will be open for dining and for events and performances featuring a menu that includes organic and vegan friendly mediterranean tapa-style dining and serving exotic libations.
