LMS Legal LLP is a boutique law firm which specialises in international arbitration, construction and competition law.We assist clients on arbitration disputes in the construction, energy and defence industries. We also have extensive experience in EU, UK, Italian and global competition matters, and in the conduct of related arbitration and litigation proceedings. Our partners and senior lawyers are consistently involved in each matter handled by the firm and our clients have direct access to their dedicated team of lawyers.We act as counsel, advocates and arbitrators in proceedings under the arbitration rules of the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, AAA, CIETAC, DIAC, SCC, Milan Chamber of Commerce, European Development Fund ("EDF"), and UNCITRAL. As advocates, we effectively present oral pleadings and conduct witness examination before arbitral panels composed of arbitrators with civil law and common law background.We represent clients in competition proceedings before the European Commission and the EU Courts and before the Italian and UK competition and regulatory authorities. We routinely provide strategic advice and work with local counsel in other jurisdictions around the world on mergers, cartel investigations, joint-ventures, distribution agreements and abuse of dominance/unilateral conduct matters.Our lawyers are also university faculty members and regularly lecture on arbitration, construction and competition law at King's College London, Queen Mary University and Stuttgart University.
