LMT Properties was formed in 2008 and is a real estate investment company having a focus on acquiring and managing quality, residential apartment buildings in the Merrimack Valley area. Our strength is in serving the needs of our residents with the full understanding of their desire for a clean, safe and functioning place to live. Though LMT Properties is a newly formed company, we have been in the property management business for six years, having purchased our first apartment building in Lawrence, MA back in 2004. We have the experience and the tools necessary to effectively manage and maintain our properties and as a result, have retained very happy and satisfied residents. Going forward, we will continue to provide the same great customer service that our residents have come to enjoy while continuing to grow and develop as a company.
