Nutting Hill Farm is an antique 70 acre farm located in Mason, New Hampshire. The farm was originally part of a larger Nutting family farm operating in the late 18th century. The main farmhouse was built in 1850 when the farm was divided to meet the needs of a growing family. The present owner started working the farm as a business in 2006 to be responsive to customer needs in the local foods and non-foods agricultural marketplace. Run as a market driven enterprise, the farm produces a variety of food items specific to identified customer needs in local area niche markets, including no sugar added fruit products serving clients with dietary restrictions. Additionally the farm produces fresh eggs and maple syrup as well as a full range of wool products serving clients in the small scale local wool processing business. In 2009, as a response to customer needs, it started supplying farm services to local clients who require improvements to their small scale operations. This area of the business has experienced rapid growth as local clients seek to improve their own property's productivity through infra-structural development or improvement.
