Since 2008, our company has acquired and developed over 2,500 apartments and homes across four states. We have invested in over $400mm of real estate assets that include multi-family development, historic adaptive reuse, infill subdivisions, and land entitlement. LocalConstruct currently owns and manages a multifamily and commercial property portfolio in California, Colorado, Montana and Idaho.
