Background:LocalSolve is an independent consulting company owned by Mary Stephenson, AICP. Mary Stephenson has operated within a wide cross-section of the urban planning field including long range planning, park and open space planning, recreation, urban design, transportation, housing, community development and health sector planning. Her chief skills include analytical problem solving, data collection, survey methods, and strategy. In addition, she is adept at report writing, publishing, marketing and graphic design.Mary has a masters degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is an accredited urban planner with the American Planning Association.
