Lockett & Co. was established in July 1992 as a consultancy embracing all retail matters including property, planograms, retail viability studies and off-licence applications. Over the years the licensing element has grown in importance, particularly since the introduction of the new Licensing Act 2003.We offer in-house training at our facilities in Kidderminster, and locations across England, Wales and Scotland.
