Lockton Ventures provides success-based representation in negotiating financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances in the $5 million to $25 million range. Lockton Ventures provides introductions to financing resources on a world-wide basis, management counsel, business plan development, deal structuring and negotiations, and business strategy. Without limitation, the concentration is primarily early-stage companies in technology-based information, consumer and entertainment segments, looking for investment capital with which to develop prototypes, conduct test markets, and expand into new market segments to grow their business. Lockton Ventures works on a project basis with a world-wide network of investment bankers, venture capitalists, merger and acquisition specialists, and corporate development executives.
