Having been both a Trainee Sales Executive in the busiest dealership in Europe and an award winning Dealer Principal, I firmly believe that Loco Recruitment will be offering a unique service to both the motor industry and it's employees. Having dealt with numerous recruitment agents for over a decade, it is quite clear that motor trade experience is key in such a buoyant industry and unfortunately comes with very few. Whilst there are many specific recruitment agencies for the industry there seems to be a lack of experience when it comes to actually being within the showroom or workshop environment, which is where we actually feel in our comfort zone! We see our role as a consultant to both parties rather than an agent, and conduct our business in both a professional and honest manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity throughout. Here at Loco we aim to utilise our wealth of experience when quality controlling CVs and will then conduct an initial 1st interview with every potential candidate that we shortlist, meaning Senior Management and Director time will be managed in a more productive manner.
