Lodgerin, a web platform that facilitates rental and establishment management between tenant and owner. Through a fully digital process, tenants can search for and book their accommodation and access complementary services that facilitate their establishment and stay. In addition, the owners see this difficult management facilitated and their profit optimized; because the services are provided in the same way from a digital format and improve the experience of the tenant user. Online reservation, online check-in, documentation processes (digital signature, legalization, etc.), personal control of cleaning and maintenance, economic management of the accommodation or check-out are some of the services that both tenants and owners can use with our application. In 2018, after a digital transformation process carried out in 2017, SGR achieved its first seed round of 200K, which allowed it to grow exponentially and have a presence in 5 countries within the EU (Spain, Portugal, UK, France and Italy) . Our goal is to continue growing and become a leading company in the sector, through innovation and implementation of improvements, maintaining our values; digitization and scalability.
