Yoga has been a huge part of my life for the past five years and my practice has helped me to become a stronger, kinder and more authentic person, on and off of the mat. Yoga reminds me to breathe and laugh more on a daily basis. I completed my 200hr YTT at Yandara Yoga Institute in Pescadero, Mexico in June 2018 and I am SO grateful for all of the love, laughter, knowledge, support and wisdom shared by my teachers and fellow students.I teach playful, dynamic and accessible classes rooted in the breath and inspired by the flow of life. I encourage yogis to smile and explore their bodies, and my intention is that you feel confident, refreshed and more self-aware by the end of class. I really do believe that it is the work we do and the teachings we learn on the mat that help us to be kinder, more compassionate beings when we step out into the world. Offering public, private, corporate and group yoga classes as well as weekend workshops and retreats.
