About LogixThe Logistics Real Estate Initiative (Logix) has set itself the goal of increasing the acceptance and the importance of logistic settlements in professional circles and the public. Logistics - and thus also corresponding storage, transhipment and distribution centers are elementary conditions for a functioning economy and supply of the population. But the third largest industry in Germany does not enjoy a corresponding reputation in the public.To counteract this public perception, the Logix initiative has been involved since 2012 in the creation of dialogue services and the initiation of studies and research. In addition, since 2013, the initiative has awarded the Logix Award every two years for the outstanding logistics real estate in Germany.
