Our aim was to develop the Oklahoma City and Dallas community by giving locals an opportunity and education for home ownership, or to rent out well-maintained properties.Johnson started the business with rental and rent-to own properties. Since 2016 Lokal Estates, has transitioned from running her own rental properties into a property management company and helping others run their rental business.Present day, Lokal Estates is involved in all realms of real estate including: rent to own properties, vacation homes, rental properties, property management, interior design, and real estate investing education. Johnson decided to share her expertise with others and now assist other homeowners with property management, interior design, or assist them setting up their vacation rental business.
