Lola Khodro Company was established in 1986. This company is the first and only producer of different side door hinges for Iran manufactured vehicles. At present, apart from side door hinges this company produces different and various types of pressed and stamped parts for Iranian carmakers such as Iran Khodro group, Saipa, Mega motor and Bahman group. We produce about 100% of necessary side door hinges for Iran Khodro group. Lola khodro consists of 7 saloons and warehouse in two separated sites about 7000 square meters and equipped with different and various machineries such as different types of presses both hydraulic and hammer type in various tonnages. Regarding this matter we are capable of producing various types of stamped and pressed parts . Our organization chart consist of 8 departments:1. Commercial dept.2. Production dept.3. Planning dept.4. Quality Assurance dept.5. Quality Control dept.6. Maintenance and repairing dept.7. Design & Engineering8. Financial Department.All above-mentioned departments act and follow managing board guidelines and decisions.Procedures and organization objectives:Lola Khodro objectives are decided and settled by members of managing board and managing director with the help of company different departments: is responsible for fulfillment of decisions. Lola Khodro was established to be a vanguard in producing different types of automotive spare parts especially side door hinges. Our most important aim is to gain customers satisfaction by producing high quality reliable products.In this regard, We decided to work under modern and up to date system standards such as ISO 9002 and ISO TS. To achieve our goals we benefit from innovative manpower in all ranks of organization and we pay a great attention in manpower instructions.
