We are here to provide exceptional service to the community, and the need for volunteers is growing. Since 1991 the Lone Oak Volunteer Fire Department has been protecting the Lone Oak community of Signal Mountain, TN. With over 20 volunteers dedicated to protecting and educating while serving the 34 square mile area region and over 1,700 families. Since Lone Oak is a volunteer fire department, which operates primarily on donations, during the holidays we give back by distributing food baskets and toys to families throughout the community.Our MissionTo protect lives and property. We serve our community and mutual aid partners by suppressing fires, responding to medical and fire emergencies, and educating the public about fire prevention. The health and safety of our department members and those entrusted to our care is our highest priority.
