Lone Soldier Realty (LSR) is the first and only real estate agency that focuses on the Housing needs of the increasing numbers of Lone Soldiers, who prefer to live independently and rent their own apartment. Our mission:To assist the Lone Soldier (former, current, or future) in his/her search for a great apartment.Focused on Jerusalem and the Tel Aviv area (but not limited to), LSR's goal is to save busy soldiers time and money, by streamlining the search for a place to call home and offering knowledge and support throughout the process. Founded (2020) by Ben Rosenberg, who made aliyah in 2010 from the United States and who served in Special Forces , Sayert Golani, and Yonatan Levin, who currently serves in Special Forces in the Combat Engineers Corps.We understand that a Lone Soldier never has enough time from the moment they land in Israel, throughout their service and even after completing their time in the IDF. We deal with the tasks of searching for furnished or unfurnished apartments, setting up bill payments and more. And that's where LSR comes in…LSR makes sure that our agents speak both English & Hebrew to ease the process and keep communication between Lone Soldiers and landlords clear.
